[tri-med] Touch-screen laptop computer

Hello everyone.  I am in the process of trying to get Candace a touch-screen 
laptop computer from her waiver.  I need to get letters of referral from 
specialists, which I can get.  I need to find out where I can get one here in 
the U.S. and how much it is going to cost.  Can anyone help me out?  Candace is 
not able to manipulate a mouse so we feel the best option for her is to use a 
touch-screen laptop.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.
