Like most, I know you have a plateful already, but
follow your heart and that of Alex's... it is pure
discrimination. 

Sounds too hard for them, it's a hassle(whine, whine,
whine), yadda yadda, so make you pay $$$$ because they
don't want the resposibility? NO! (This is me mind
you)

I know things are different between our countries, but
discrimination is discrimination. Locally here,
several tv stations have "investigation units for
special news features" they air, I would contact every
tv station that this "reputable foundation is clearly
violating children and their rights" and "taking it a
step further by making the families pay money while
I'm sure they have funds granted to them, just for
this purpose"

Maybe a route for ya to lessen the 'anger' or 'stress'
from this....
