[tri-med] Thursday changes

We're still in the hospital. The new pulmo is giving Hannah lasix (sp?) =
and
it definitely works. They gave it to her yesterday and the next diaper
weighed in a 500. We have to keep chux under her. And even with the
antibiotics we aren't having to deal with diarhea. That is a bit =
troubling.
They are concerned about the colors of what they are sucking out of her =
and
have ordered an upper GI which will probably be doing that in the =
morning.
They have also done another chest x-ray that the pulmo will look at in =
the
morning. Donn left him a note (I wanted to make sure I didn't forget
anything) and he mentioned a bronch but the doc isn't thinking that yet. =
But
both her day nurse and the respitory gal today said they think she needs
one. The were getting really yucky stiff and small chunks out earlier. =
She
is off the high-flow but is on 3 liters. She was sleeping and satting =
good
but is awake now. She is still holding for the moment. We are watching
retractions to make sure they don't get worse. I've got sleep-over duty
tonight. I forgot to go get dinner so I have some italian heading this =
way
soon.
