OK - I have the 5th edition, but its now out of date. However at around $200
each I dont have the money to buy the new edition. Also it only contains
"recognisable patterns" so not all of the rarer trisomies are included as
they don't have an identified "pattern" (as yet, usually due to small a
number of reported cases).
What it does have is T-21, T-18, T-13, T-8, T-9 mosaic, Triploid, Diploid/
Triploid, and mixploidy syndromes, 3q duplication, 4p duplication, 9p
duplication, 10q duplication, 15q duplication, cat eye syndrome
(interstitial duplication of 22q11)XXY, XYY, XXXY, XXXXY, XXX, XXXX, and
XXXXX.
Thats about it for duplications. Lots of deletions and a zillion other
conditions as well (eg Russell-Silver syndrome, Miller Syndrome, Larsen
syndrome) - the book is 800 pages long.
Life consists not in holding good cards but in playing those you hold well.
