Thank you for your realistic understanding, Joanna.
Your words mean so much to me and my family.
That story I wrote was the truth, from the heart
and people need to understand the complexities
involved in caring for a special needs child.
I know that you too have been there and as a nurse,
you know how difficult it can be for people that
aren't in the medical field to have to learn quickly
all of the medical needs and terminology associated
with having a child who requires special care.
