Hey Sharon,
1. You can see it's not called the trisomy rollercoaster for nothing!
2. Don't beat yourself up, you are doing the best you can for you and your
family in your UNIQUE situation.
3. Everyone here has days/weeks/months of those hellish times when you just
can't seem to catch a break or see the light at the end of the tunnel.
That's when this list is helpful as generally somebody will lend you a
flashlight to get you through.
4. Don't apologize for feeling the way you feel (even if you think you
should rise above it). Your feelings are valid and therefore reasonable.
Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
