[tri-med] Re: TRIS Survey

Karen & all others who this applies to,

That was the project's pilot, and we thank you for your participation in
that phase.

But based on what we learned from the answers we received there, we have
totally re-edited the surveys for the main project.  Therefore would really
appreciate it if all of those who filled out the pilot survey now did the
main project surveys as well.  I'll start assigning the ID#'s you'll need to
access the new and improved on-line surveys just as soon as they go live,
which should be tomorrow morning.
