[tri-med] Re: T-18 help

Thank you so much for the reply.  She has just been diagnosed with PH within
the past 2 months.  She isn't on oxygen (except at night).  She has had no
problems with it but we had another heart echo today and it showed that the
pressure has risen slightly.  He has upped her viagra dose hoping this will
get it under control.  My head is still spinning from the bad news today.
This is the only problem that Olivia has.  I just am not sure how big or small
of a problem it is !?!  The doctor is great but he tends to be all doom and
gloom!
Tara

Hi!  My name is Tara and I have a 9½ month old daughter, Olivia, with
full
-18.  I would love to ask you a question.  Olivia has just been
diagnosed
ith Pulmonary Hypertension.
Welcome Tara & Olivia! My daughter, Mari has pulmonary hypertension, open pda,
arge vsd, small asd, and a tricuspid aortic valve. She just turned 7 this past
ugust. Her PH has only been an issue when she gets very ill. Her cardiologist
as suggested her pda may be acting like a "pop-off" valve for the PH, but he
eally doesn't know. Most docs are amazed at her color and activity level based
pon her heart condition.
What20problems is Olivia having with her PH?
lovingly,
hris
