Welcome Tara & Olivia! My daughter, Mari has pulmonary hypertension, open pda,
large vsd, small asd, and a tricuspid aortic valve. She just turned 7 this
past August. Her PH has only been an issue when she gets very ill. Her
cardiologist has suggested her pda may be acting like a "pop-off" valve for the
PH, but he really doesn't know. Most docs are amazed at her color and activity
level based upon her heart condition.
What problems is Olivia having with her PH?
lovingly,
Chris
