This is what the optholomologist said when I took Molly in Feb for an eye
exam after suspecting a problem. He said that reading for more than 15 min
without a break (just moving the eyes to something in the distance for a few
seconds--a glance) causes "damage" to the eyes. He suggested to her setting
an egg timer to remind her (my avid little reader). Said he reads his
medical journals in front of the tv so that ocassionally commercials etc
grab his attention momentarily and pull his eyes away from his reading.

{{{{{Karen}}}}}} and multiply those hugs by hundreds.........

I was/am hoping that the problems you'd encountered via the list were old
news, perhaps they're not........I know you're busy trying to "get a life"
and you certainly DESERVE one! Both you and Alex.

Hang in there and know I'm pulling for you!
