{But as I recall the nurse just needed to deflate the
balloon and reinserted the same tube, as it was a relatively new
one. Not nearly as big of an ordeal, as the other kid that same
night, who they had to get Hope Children's to send over a new
tube for. }
Isn't it nice to have nurses at the day care! I think we will have nurses next
year for the Chicago conference too. Nick's tube came out at the Chicago
picnic when I was driving my niece back to Midway airport. My sisters had
Nicholas and got very nervous because they had no idea how to reinsert one and
the new one was back at the hotel. So we got Nicholas back to the hotel and I
couldn't get it back in. It had started to close within 1/2 hour! I ran up to
Judie's room (Stacey's nurse) and she got it in for me. Now that he's had it
so long, it doesn't close up near as quickly.
