[tri-med] Spina Bifida/Sterilization

I am saving your info on Spina Bifida just in case baby finds her Forever 
Home with us!
Also, on the sterilization topic...I was told we couldn't have this procedure 
done on Brianna until she's 18yrs old.  I was also told to get legal custody 
of her before she turns 18, or I still cannot make that decision for her.
Anyone!??
