Thanks Mary, I couldn't remember what the first "S" stood for. I used 
to work for MSD 35 years ago, at the time they were promoting 
Tryptanol, so I've dug deep into my memory. I had forgotten that 
seratonin is manufactured in the intestines, but this makes sense, as 
in my experience anyway, the tummy is the first place I feel anxious.
