Wow... Claire does this. (not the pointing part)
She will glance up at the ceiling, a blank ceiling, or a blank wall (no 
lights no fan) and get this grin on her face that stretches from ear to ear. 
As if someone is making her smile, but I have a hard time getting a smile 
that big, and here she gets it instantly from 'nothing'.
