Children's hospital Los Angeles- they are a GREAT institution and have =
children/babies with worse medical conditions. They surgically repaired =
our mosaic T18 baby's heart at 3 months of age.  If she is on a ventilator =
there may of course be other problems with her brain not telling her to =
breath so a decision to operate would have to consider many medical issues =
but I still believe that Children's Los Angeles is the best place to be to =
make any decisions.  Our surgeon was Vaughn Starns and he is one of the =
