[tri-med] Situation

Dear Group Members, 
As a proud adoptive Mommy~finalized one today!~....I am at times contacted 
regarding situations where sweet baby/child is looking for a home.  Recently, I 
 
have been made aware of a baby girl that needs a loving family.
She is 6 months old and has Trisomy 9 Mosaic. Baby has 3 holes in her heart 
(last I heard) and a malrotated intestine. But, she is ready to come home from 
the hospital AND is taking a bottle.
Mom is ready to sign relinquish papers. 
I thought for sure we had a handful of foster/adotive parents on this list 
and wanted to help guide her to finding a wonderful family.
