[tri-med] Signing off for the morning

Well thats it for today folks - have to go and trek to the hospital for our
big cardiology appointment - we get our new machine - joy of joys.

My only prayer is that we get the answers from this machine to know what
surgery needs to be done. (and of course that it can be done)
