[tri-med] Sheila/G tube

After cleaning around Tess's mic-key, Ian places one of those 
circular skin cleaning pads. He fold it into quarter, cuts a tiny 
hole, then a slit from outside edge to hole. This then just slips 
over between tube and skin. This keeps the area dry, and it does not 
stick to the wound.  These can be changed frequently if necessary.
