Organized?  lol...I wouldn't call it that, j/k.  Seriously, I contacted an 
associate of Dr. Schwartz and then him directly and it kinda went from there.  
I have a wonderful friend who has great ideas and is a terrific sounding 
board.  I call her with exciting news related to the conference, then she'll 
give me ideas or elaborate further.  It's A LOT of work.  Of course, there are 
so many other parents and people who are willing to help by volunteering their 
ideas and helping out any way they can .  It's more like this...we just decided 
we want a conference.  Then, I just dove in...and everyone else is willing to 
offer support any way they can.  I really don't know what I am doing, but I 
can't really go wrong, right?  There hasn't been a conference for us 
specifically before (that I know of) and since it's the first one, we can only 
improve it next year and so on.  We learn as we go.
