Rachael, I'm sure your doc checked but is it possible your wound is
infected?  When I had my gall bladder removed laparascopically many years
ago, I was doing well, but then started to feel yucky.  Turned out one of my
small incisions was infected.   A couple of doses of antibiotics and I was
like a new woman.
I'm probably way off, but just in case....

 Did Nicholas loose weight after his surgeries? I have lost so much weight
