[tri-med] Re: SOFT on Facebook

SOFT is a group on Facebook, not a person so what you need to do is join
the group.

The group is called Support Organization for Trisomy (SOFT.  When you go
to the page, you will see a Join Group option on the right hand side. 
Click on this and you will be in the group.

You can search for the group name or you can copy and paste the url
below into your browser to go directly to the SOFT page.
