Noah's Never Ending Rainbow helped us get to Rochester.  They graciously paid 
for our hotel room. We simply wrote an email (if I remember correctly) stating 
what our estimated costs were and why it was important for us to go.  

Another organization helped us with costs this year, I submitted a "packet" of 
information to them---including a video of Mari.  It was a lot of work, but 
they were able to help us and for that I am grateful!

I'd encourage you to ask for help....the conferences are well worth it.  I've 
only missed SLC since Mari was born and that was simply because I didn't begin 
early enough to work out the funding.
