[tri-med] Ryan to be extubated

a quick update from Ryan - 
the plan is to extubate him on Friday. the doctors have been weaning him from 
the vent the last few days and he has been doing fine with that. they have 
also been cutting back on the  sedation. he slept most of yesterday, but the 
previous day i saw a few smiles on his little face. so i am hopeful we will 
have him home soon.  my parents stayed at the hospital with him last night so 
Rick and i could get a full nights sleep. of course i am dying t get back 
over to him to see how he did last night.
big sister is handling it fairly well. having a little bit more difficulty 
saying good-bye to mommy the last couple of days though.  breaks my heart to 
have to "choose" between the 2 of them.
please pray The extubation goes well and he does just fine afterwards. :)
