We're going to call the insurance company's case manager and see for sure 
what the bill is fo. If it's that then we'll ask the doctor exactly how 
much it's costing.

I had to e-mail her about something else (my son is in her Sunday School 
class) so I mentioned that I wanted to talk to her. I'm going to tell her 
what has happened.
