[tri-med] Re: Regarding constipation :-(

We made up "poop goop", from seedless prunes cooked in apple juice in 
microwave till softened, then pureed with a little honey (if the 
child can tolerate honey), this fed a couple of spoons at a time 
morning and night. Then we went on to baby glycerine suppositories to 
keep the stool moving each day, theory being if they sit in the colon 
they dry out and are more difficult to pass. Suppositories are helped 
in with KY jelly which also helps the stool evacuate more easily. We 
wear a glove all the time. Hope you can sort out his discomfort soon.
