[tri-med] Re: Reflux at 33 months

This also happened with my son. He had malrotation of his intestines and
as they twisted acid and food particles were flushed up and into his
lungs. They determined this by doing a barium swallow.

Good Luck,
Karen, mom to Nick T18m

I am not sure if this is something common with T-14 but what we thought =

reflux reoccurring in my daughter Eleora ended up being a malrotation of =
her
intestines and they where getting twisted.=20

Subject: [tri-med] Reflux at 33 months

I was wondering if anyone has ever experienced this. Luke, 33 months,
partial t-14, has had some reflux for about the past 3 weeks out of the
blue. He had it when he was a baby, but then it went away at about 1 =
year.
He seems congested lately, so maybe some seasonal allergies. Could this
cause reflux? Just wondering if this warrants a visit to the ped?
Thanks,
Vicki Christensen
