Constipation? Many here had/have that issue. There's a "poop goop" recipe

Is there a test to see how they absorb nutrients? I've not thought about
that before--whether there was a test or not.

Alex isn't a huge eater but compared to the first 8-9 yrs of his life he is
now. Not big on sweets----he's a carbohydrate lover. Because he's a somewhat
sparse eater we do supplements. We use Papaya Enzyme to help him get the
most out of the nutrients that enter his body (it breaks them down in the
foods).

Alex is approx. 56" tall and weights 82 lbs. At 16 yrs old he's the size of
a 10 yr old.
