[tri-med] Rationing: QALY-Quality Adjusted Life Years

I thought that this was a good introductory overview of the lingo used in
rationing; "QALY".
It basically becomes a mathematical equation. Sadly, it very much discriminates
against the disabled because it is all about placing a number on quality of
life.
If anyone in health care reform is remotely thinking about this system, it is
certain that the tri-kids are in big trouble. Likely even the tri 21 too, who
need surgery.
