[tri-med] Re: Question on Fevers

Thanks all for the suggestions and info on your families.  Maiya has had
urine cultures, blood cultures, chest xrays, ultrasounds, etc when she gets
these fevers, but nothing has ever shown up.  I'm assuming she is not
missing her hypothalmus as she has had many, many brain MRIs for her big
head and enlarged ventricles.  They have never mentioned anything other than
the large ventricles and subdural hematoma.  They have also admitted that it
could be teething if the fevers were lower, but not so much with a temp of
105-106.
We'll just keep our fingers crossed that she doesn't get another one!  In
the mean time, i guess I should feel good that she is being followed by a
hematologist / oncologist and a neurosurgeon regularly.
