Alex had great difficulty drinking out of a straw. I could use the squeeze
bottle straw with him but he just couldn't do it on his own. But the list
came to the rescue with that. Atousa was working at McDonalds and she sent
me some straws that they had. I think it must have been a promotion for a
Tarzan movie because they were neat plastic straws that had heads on them in
the shape of Tarzan, elephants and such. When you sucked the liquid through
the straw the head made a noise. Alex took to them like a duck to water and
eventually learnt how to use a straw because of them!!!
I hve kept one of them in his baby keepsake box :-))
