Our Philip could not breast feed, I tried but the sucking wore him out.  I 
pumped for 5 months.  We were also adding calories to the breastmilk to help 
him 
grow.  He was 4 lbs 12 oz at birth and 9 lbs 11.2 oz at pre-op for his heart 
surgery.  The last month he was on all formula.
