I paid nearly $1600 for two months of coverage for just me, and I have not yet 
met my $300 deductible for this year either.

like I said they levy our taxes. 1% for everybody and then another levy if 
you don't have private health insurance.  So for example I paid $1700.00 
Medicare this year which included an $800 extra levy because I don't have 
private health cover but as I said previously I still come out ahead.  Our 
Public Health system isn't perfect by a long stretch but as least the 
average Joe has access to health care when necessary at no cost to them.

Don't worry about the world coming to an end tomorrow, it's already tomorrow
