[tri-med] Re: Pseudomonas (sp?)

Hi Lori:
I think that what you have heard is true. Kristina has
Pseudomonas (sp?) that has "colonized" her trach site. Most of
the time its not an issue but occasionally it "acts" up and
causes infections - typically when she has a respiratory
infection of types. Apparently this is very common - many on here
probably know a lot more in regard to the medical jargon, etc. I
just know that its really not a big deal.

Sounds kind of scary & icky though doesn't it? How old is Rylie?
I don't think we've met - Kristina is now 13 months.
