I guess that is exactly it!  All the other times it is a crisis level and this

I wonder if sometimes it's harder to put our kids through surgery when 
they're strong and doing well.... It's like, "Hey, why tamper with a 
good thing!" When they're struggling and we know there's something we 
can do to help, then, well--I know with Keren we had no qualms about 
her jaw surgery to help her breathe better. Now that we're going for 
the g-tube I'm almost more nervous....After all, she's doing so well 
with the ng! (I know in one part of me that it'll be better to go 
through with this, but the other part....)
