[tri-med] Re: Post Surgical Roller coaster....Chylothorax???

Hi guys,

The ride continues.....

Today she's running a fever of 103, and
her cell count is low again.  They gave her
packed cells just after all that previous 
code blue mess, and we got a couple of pretty
stable days.  But now things are getting iffy
again.

I'm wondering what symptoms have our
rare tri-ers exhibited with Chylothorax?

I've read everything I can find on the net,
but it's kind of skimpy on specific prediagnosis
symptoms.  They talk about Triglyceride levels &
lymphocytes percentages, but of course there's
a nice wide range of possibilities there.  Only 7% 
yada yada......  I figure we're probably talking 
more like the 7%, or fewer, when it comes to rare 
trisomy kids.  Any help I can get from those of you
with practical experience in how this manifested in 
your child would really be appreciated.
