The sad thing is that I do understand why - and the bottom line is she was 
in the Illawarra area when the worst of this was happening. I know who the 
manager is there and to me that explains it all. (Re-read the soap) Same 
manager who featured on the SUnday expose by Richard Carlton a few years 
ago. There have been so many petitions to get him out.

When the family moved up your way the file would probably have taken 12 
months to get to them.

We DO need an enquiry into DoCS. They jumped on RNSH but you watch they wont 
do a thing about DoCS. The ombudsmen is powerless, all he can do is 
recommend. And they are immune from everyone else totally because of the 
"Good Samaritan" laws they operate under. And I am not saying we didnt need 
an enquiry into RNSH, we need one into the entire state, but you watch 
nothing will happen with DoCS and thats how many stuff ups and child deaths 
this year? Thats slightly worse than what got the enquiry at RNSH started in 
my opinion.

Sorry but they really do get under my skin.......
