That is weird, Fawna.  A fasting blood sugar below 100 is normal, 102-125 is 
borderline/need to recheck and anything over 125 is an automatic dx of 
diabetes.  But, an a1c of 5.5 is completely normal.  Do you check her blood 
sugar often?  Having that high of fasting number with that kind of a1c would 
make me think she is going low frequently.  Do you think she is?
