Hi Fawna,
Our conversation over dinner last night included Philina.  The kids asked me 
how she was and so now I'll be able to tell them.  Philina made a big impact 
especially with Jesse.
She must be hating the Diet Coke?  would Coke Zero be better though? it has 
a little less sodium
