Yeah, that's the impression I got from what they told me (thanks for 
explaining it more clearly!).  I was just taken aback at first, because 
it was the first time we received fewer coupons.  I was pretty sure 
there as some way we could be completely covered for food since Keren 
received the children's special health care.
