I used to work for WIC and I can tell you that WIC is supplemental, but
that doesn't mean you continue to get less, it just means that the amount
you get may not be enough for an entire month and you would have to buy the
rest.  That said, when Morgan got pediasure through WIC we got way more
than we could use in a month, but he was drinking it orally and probably
didn't take as much as a child who is tube fed because he was eating other
foods, too.  And, the supplemental seemed mostly applicable to formula, it
seemed like a lot of people complained that they didn't get enough formula
for a month and we would have to tell them that WIC didn't NECESSARILY
supply the whole month's worth.
