Glad to hear from you!! I think about you guys all the time.  Also  very 
happy to hear giggles were back! =)
As far as the cramping/constipation.....just a thought, when Kayla is  crying 
and trying to poop, it ALWAYS works to put her on her back and push her  
knee's up towards her belly (legs bent). ......like giving birth!
It usually only take a minute or so for relief!
