To get enough acidophilis from yoghurt alone you would need to eat in excess
of 50 (yes 5 0) tubs a day so the best way to replace the good bacteria is
to take an acidophilis supplement I don't know about Canada or the US but we
have some here that replace 7 out of the many 'good' bacteria that are in
the stomach flora so you will need to source a good one.
The one I use is called Nourishing Flora (actually replaces 8 bifidus and
lactobacillus flora).  The other way is to drink a acidophilus/lactobacillus
replacement drink like Yakult.
