Hello Jeff, Welcome to the list.  This is the right place if you want 
information.  Our son was not diagnosed prenatally, so I can't help you 
there.  But we wetre given a run around after they decided he had partial 
T-18.  We recieved a more complete diagnosis when he had a FISH test when he 
was 13 (F floresent I in S situ H hybridization)
Mary Capp mom to Michael, Richard W partial t-16q deletion 18p wth 
translocation, Hannah and wife to Richard E.
