Some people have found that to be true. That's one way a 'birth plan' can 
help as you talk with and line up specialists before the birth and you get a 
chance to find some that will work with you and understand what your wishes 
are.

Some folks on the list who had a birth plan are good about sharing them with 
interested parties.
We didn't have a prenatal diagnosis so I'm no help on that one.

I didn't feel much activity at all, even at the end. Alex was lethargic 
after birth as well.

The next pregnancy was shocking in how active she was compared to my first 
pregnancy.
