[tri-med] Oh Happy Day!

Jackson got approved for Katie Beckett funding!  Yay!  They told us it would 
take 6 months to get approval and it came in a month!  Now we can get his super 
expensive Elecare covered and get repaid for all the money we've paid out for 
all his appointments.  Woo hoo!
