[tri-med] Re: Nutrition and Weight Gain

Chloe, born 2/11/2005 came home on 3/23/05.  Still weighing 4lb 9oz (at
least we made it back to square one).  At her Pediatrician appt on 3/24,
they recorded her at 4lb 13oz.

I've color coded her 6 meds given at 7 times during the day to make sure my
feeble brain works at 1:00AM.  She's on ng-tube feeding for 9,12,3 & 6 and
continuous from 9 to 6 overnight. At 35cc per 3 hours and 30 cal per Oz,
she's tolerating perfectly well without any reflux meds.
