[tri-med] Re: New to list-please help

Jenn and Lisa,
I heard all the same things--baby won't survive, won't recognize you, etc. My 
doctor even said "if you carry to term she will lay on her back in an 
institution for a few months staring at the ceiling until she dies."  This 
couldnt' be further from the truth. We went with the "whatever is supposed to 
happen, will happen" idea as well, and our daughter Charlotte is an absolute 
joy. She is 16 months old and loves rolling around, learning to sit, and 
laughing at funny faces her dad makes.  She has partial trisomy, and partial 
monsomy 9. Her pictures are story are at:
