Welcome to the list... moms here are the best for figuring out these things.
Our daughter Claire, t18, only just recently started burping after her
meals. She just never did it before and had gas issues randomly -
Mylacon was always the first thing we gave her when she would cry.
Are you thinking it is the shots making her cry? or giving her gas?
Claire throws up when she is congested and it drains to her throat
(phlegm).
As for your diet, typically breastfeeding moms are told to avoid spicy
food and caffeine. There are probably websites that can help with
that as it can be something a typical child can also be bothered with.
Once we started sitting her up after feedings, she burps (often loudly
and heard from across the room) and sleeps better for it.
Best wishes with your child's issues. Hope you get the advice you
need... keep us posted.
