Nicole,
What I can't understand is why the hospital therapy would even see Sierra
if the insurance did not approve the therapy.  At the local hospital here
they will not see a child for therapy until the insurance coverage has been
confirmed.  It seems to me that this is more a mistake made by the therapy
dept., until you find out why you were told Sierra would be covered and
then she wasn't.  The hospital should have told you.  That is all so very
frustrating for you.  I really hope you can get this straightened out.
