Good question, Holly.... I'll have to ask.  The doc said it was 
something we'd have to use everyday, but I hadn't even heard about 
anything like it before so didn't even know what to ask.  It's not like 
we HAVE to give Keren something, and I definitely wouldn't want to do 
something that would be addictive.  We do the regular saline, most 
often and try to keep things well humidified.
